Welcome to WLI Pasadena, a regional extension of Wagner Leadership Institute, where we are joining C. Peter Wagner’s vision of a new training paradigm for the next generation of church leaders. Here we equip men and women, who are already serving others, to take that next step in their quest to achieve the vision that God has placed in their hearts. Each one of you have a burning desire to fulfill the calling that you have been given. Here at WLI Pasadena we desire to help equip you to do just that.

At WLI Pasadena we make a concerted effort to acknowledge and work with the Holy Spirit, who is the true teacher of the Body of Christ. We honor the works of the Holy Spirit and provide a format for His use. It is the Holy Spirit that imparts the true lessons learned here.

This school is not just about preparing for ordination or other forms of public recognition but it is also about being trained to effectively serve the needs of the kingdom. Too many people are graduating from seminaries ill equipped to effectively minister to others. They find that, while they have a wealth of knowledge, they lack the basic tools to impart the love of God to others. Here we bring in tried ministers that have overcome the obstacles of using five fold giftings to touch others and are well able to impart and teach from their own experience. Allowing the next generation of servant leaders to mature quickly and avoid many of the painful lessons that they and others have had to learn.

At WLI Pasadena you will learn from leaders in the body of Christ that have begun ministries and have started churches from scratch. You will learn how to handle difficult ministerial situations and how faith triumphs over circumstances. You will learn of their failures and how to avoid them; and you will learn of their successes and how to achieve them. You will learn how to operate in your gifts, and you will learn how the gifts can be used and misused. This is real life and real training that will help prepare you for the destiny that God has called you to.

WLI Pasadena’s diploma programs will help prepare you to glorify God, and that is our goal. The diploma shows that you have taken the time and effort to be equipped for the ministry. It is an achievement that carries recognition within the New Apostolic Reformation community that we serve. It demonstrates a level of commitment and training that has helped prepare you to minister the truth in love. It affirms that you have studied to show yourself approved and that you have made yourself ready to run with the vision that God has given you.
