The faculty of WLIP is made up of mature and successful apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers (Eph. 4:11) who have the ability to communicate the truths of God’s word and what the Spirit is currently saying to the churches.  Faculty members are selected primarily on the basis of their proven effectiveness in ministry, and their ability to communicate insights to the contemporary world, to cast a challenging vision for a future of social transformation, and to model and impart to their students a character of holiness and humility, an activation of the gifts that God has given to each one, and a filling of the Holy Spirit that will provide the power to be everything God wants them to be in this life.
